Year 7 Parent / Tutor Evening

We are delighted to invite you to a meeting with your child’s tutor. Meetings will be conducted on Tuesday 11^th October from 4.00 – 7.00 pm and will consist of a 5 minute conversation with your child’s tutor. In order that tutors can meet with all parents we will need to be strict with our timekeeping on this evening.

This will be an opportunity to discuss how your child has settled into Hele’s School and to make contact with your child’s tutor at the start of the school year, which forms an important part of our Transition Programme.  The tutor will not have any assessment information on your child at this stage, and will not be in a position to be able to comment on particular curriculum areas, although any comments can be passed on to teaching staff.  The forum for subject specific conversations will be via the Subject Teacher and Parent meetings that are scheduled for later in the academic year.
