Learning Routine
- Keep as normal a routine as possible by following the school timetable.
- Reward them with regular breaks, or perhaps a drink after they have completed their work in each subject. This helps to keep their motivation levels high and ensure time is more focussed.
- Ensure they continue to follow a regular sleep pattern by going to bed and getting up at their normal school times.
