Parent Pay: advance notice that the temporary overdraft facility of £2.50 on Parent Pay is ceasing in September 2021. Please be assured that no child will ever be denied food or drink if they have no credit in their account but unless we are informed in advance of any extenuating circumstances, if there is no credit on an account then it is the pastoral team who will sign off the meal and then contact parents/carers to alert them and arrange payment.
Parents and carers can manage their account by setting up email alerts via Parent Pay to know when the account is running low and needs topping up and daily spend limits can be set up simply by contacting our Finance team in school.
- Our Centralised Canteen Service will be open from September 2021. Food can be purchased at Morning break between 11-11.30am and at Lunch time : 1.30-2 pm.
- Students will need to join the right queue for the Food they wish to purchase at each service using the one-way system. A Map of Food Service points is on this page and can be opened after reading this information. Signage is in place to direct Students, and there is also a collection point for specific items that can be pre-ordered in advance. Sample Menus are also attached, subject to availability
- Seating in the main hall and Piazza at lunchtime 1.30-2 pm will be prioritised for those students purchasing Hot Meals/ or from the hot pasta bar and students eligible for free school meals.
- We offer a vegetarian option every day but can also cater for special dietary requirements upon request, please contact the Catering Manager for further information. Please speak to a member of staff regarding any allergen advice if you have a food allergy or intolerance
